One of Shantui’s unique strengths in China is its more than twenty-year joint venture with Komatsu of Japan in making excavators.

Shantui puts that valuable experience to work with its line of excavators. Since many customers want to have package deals from Shantui, Shantui carries its brand on excavators made by shantui.

And with its valuable experience gained from its excavator joint venture, Shantui is able to excel in the critical areas of technical and production line management, and quality control. This experience shows with all Shantui product lines, and it is now apparent in our limited excavator line.

Shantui excavators are fitted with imported Cummins engines, cutting back on energy use and increasing efficiency. Our new generation of electronic control systems comes with a large color screen, providing real-time operational oversight and malfunction diagnosis and recording functions. The main hydraulic parts are imported from famous Japanese manufacturers, for high work efficiency and stability. New cabs and seats provide the operator with extra comfort, with all new interior designs and A/C systems. Our excavators can also be fitted with jackhammers and compactors.
